Purpose:

The brand strategy of TIM will be discussed at this meeting.  TIM future plans and budget will be made during this meeting so that TIM can become profitable without delay, plan and budget draft have been provided in TIM Individual Strategy.

The vote for TIM Chief Operations Officer will also been cast during this meeting.

Meeting concluded with a resolution, creating TIM final individual strategy.

Eric Beasley Corporation Dividend

Purpose:

Dividends will be discussed.  There have been past meetings to raise dividends, this meeting will cast vote to raise dividends which shall remain for the next 10 years. 

Resolution:

Meeting concluded with a raise in dividends from the current dividend 1.21% to 1.25%.

Eric Beasley Corporation Shareholder Meeting

Purpose:

TIM strategy will be discussed and reevaluated if needed.  Marketing strategy will also be discussed with influencers and social strategy in mind.  Product images will be evaluated and future images used and ways of production of such images will be decided on.
